Job Overview:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Visual Merchandiser to enhance the in-store and promotional display of our liquor products. This role requires a strong understanding of retail aesthetics, branding, and consumer behavior to drive sales and create an engaging shopping experience. You will collaborate with marketing and sales teams to implement visually appealing product displays that align with brand guidelines and industry trends.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute eye-catching visual displays for liquor products across retail stores, ensuring consistency with brand identity.
  • Arrange and maintain shelf layouts, product placements, and promotional setups to maximize visibility and sales.
  • Work closely with marketing and sales teams to develop seasonal themes, launch displays, and promotional campaigns.
  • Conduct store visits to assess and enhance visual merchandising effectiveness.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations related to alcohol marketing and presentation.
  • Track sales performance and customer engagement related to visual merchandising efforts.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for POS materials, signage, and display fixtures.
  • Provide training and guidance to store staff on maintaining visual merchandising standards.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in visual merchandising, preferably in the liquor, FMCG, or retail industry.
  • Strong knowledge of retail marketing trends and consumer behavior.
  • Proficiency in design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple store locations.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Understanding of liquor industry regulations and promotional guidelines.
