  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Building Inspector to join our team. The ideal candidate should be physically fit, able to work flexible hours, and have good communication skills. No professional certification is required, but the ability to document inspections accurately is essential. Candidates who perform well may have the opportunity to transition into a permanent role.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough inspections of buildings and structures to ensure compliance with construction codes, zoning regulations, and safety standards.
  • Identify potential structural deficiencies, safety hazards, and code violations.
  • Prepare and submit detailed reports of inspection findings, including recommendations for corrective actions.
  • Interpret and apply relevant building codes, ordinances, and regulations.
  • Collaborate with contractors, architects, engineers, and property owners to provide guidance on compliance and corrective measures.
  • Maintain accurate records of inspections and follow up on non-compliance issues.
  • Attend meetings and training sessions as required to stay updated on building codes and industry best practices.

Job Requirements:

  • Age : Must be 18 years or above
  • Physically fit and able to perform on-site inspections.
  • No professional certification required; prior experience in construction or building maintenance is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic record-keeping and report-writing skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Service Period: 2025/3/1 – 2025/5/15
  • Work location: Lake City- 100, Jalan Sibu, Taman Wahyu, 68100 Kuala Lumpur, Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,700.00 per month
