Job Description :
- Assist in develop procurement process to prevent non-compliance.
- Item and Vendor information creation and maintenance, ensure information created correctly for purchases and update with valid reason and proper sign off
- Assist in procurement process as control systems to prevent non-compliance according to standard policies.
- Assist Improve procurement process to prevent hidden risks or non-compliance issues.
- Assist to draft, modify and implement procurement and compliance related process.
- Assist in Tender Committee Meeting and minutes recording to ensure management decision recorded for compliance.
- Procurement agreement tracking and maintenance. Ensure all signed documents duly stamped after signing off.
Requirement :
- Minimum at least Diploma in Business administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a related field is typically required.
- ·Knowledge of standard F&B procurement process
- knowledge of F&B operating procedure and record keeping.
- Able to deal with complexities of procedures and regulations
- Good communication skills
- Good written & verbal communication skills in both English & Bahasa Malaysia.

- Basic salary range from RM2,800-RM3,500 based on experience.

Monday to Friday (830am-530pm)
