We are looking for a motivated Human Resource Intern to join our HR team and gain hands-on experience in recruitment, employee relations, and HR administration. This internship provides an excellent opportunity to learn HR processes, policies, and best practices in a professional environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment & Selection

  • Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain and update candidate databases.

2. Employee Engagement & Relations

  • Support HR in organizing company events and employee engagement activities.
  • Assist in managing employee feedback and surveys.
  • Help in addressing employee inquiries regarding HR policies and benefits.

3. HR Administration

  • Prepare and maintain HR documentation, including employee records and contracts.
  • Assist in processing new hire onboarding and offboarding.
  • Support payroll and attendance tracking.

4. Training & Development

  • Assist in coordinating training sessions and workshops.
  • Maintain training records and feedback reports.

5. HR Compliance & Policies

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and local labor laws.
  • Assist in drafting and updating HR policies and procedures.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented and organized, with good time management skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
Proactive, eager to learn, and a team player.

Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 3-6 months

Pay: RM800.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Work Location: In person

Expected Start Date: 03/07/2025
