Job Description:
- To assist in preparation daily accounting works, handling general admin duties.
- To assist in preparation of monthly bank reconciliation statement.
- Maintain proper record keeping, filing, documentation and correspondences.
- To key in supplier invoices, issue payment, issue official receipt and credit note.
- Prepare payment list
- Data Entry
- To execute any other job responsibilities as and when required by the superior or any other persons designated by the Company.
- To assist in ad-hoc accounting and/or finance assignments.
General:
- Any and all other duties as and when assigned from time to time by the superior/management.
Job requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field of study
- Have a valid Internship Verification Letter from the University;
- At least 10 weeks of internship duration;
- Computer literate, writing & communication skills
- General knowledge in Microsoft Office
- General knowledge in spreadsheet
- This is an internship job offer to undergraduates only
Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: RM400.00 - RM1,300.00 per month
