Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests and visitors as they arrive at the office and notify company personnel of visitor arrival or direct them to the meeting room.
- Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls to respective personnel.
- To update the telephone and email directory in the Wisma Johawaki Directory.
- To ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable with all necessary stationery and material eg. company rubber stamp, pen and writing pad.
- To monitor the movement of the visitors (for security purpose) following safety procedures and controlling access by maintaining the Visitors Management Systems (VMS) / Log Book.
- Receive, sort and distribute daily mail.
- To update meeting room bookings in the calendar through Buzz Johawaki.
- Assist in keeping the office clean by supervising the cleaners and gardener to ensure they perform their task appropriately according to the fixed scheduled.
- To do some clerical/administrative task eg. filing, recording, monitoring documents etc.
- To undertake any assignments or tasks assigned by Management from time to time.
- Prepare a dispatch log book (if necessary)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
