Responsibilities:
- Assist in the day-to-day administrative operations of the warehouse.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and update the warehouse management system (WMS) regularly.
- Prepare and process shipping and receiving documents, including invoices, packing lists, and shipping labels.
- Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Monitor stock levels and report discrepancies or inventory shortages to the superior.
- Support the scheduling and organization of shipments and deliveries.
- Conduct regular audits of inventory and assist with annual stock-taking processes.
- Respond to customer inquiries related to orders and shipments promptly and professionally.
- Assist with data entry and maintain filing systems for documentation.
- Collaborate with other departments to improve operational efficiency and workflow.
- Any other duties assigned by the Management.
- Carry out any other duties assigned by superior from time to time.
Requirements:
- Diploma in logistics, supply chain management, or equivalent.
- Previous experience in warehouse administration or logistics is an advantage.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply as training will be provided.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with safety protocols and regulations in a warehouse setting is a plus.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
- Can start work immediately will be an added advantage.
