Position Overview:

The Business Development Executive will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth and expanding market presence within the automotive segment. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in sales strategy, channel management. The ideal candidate will be proactive, results-oriented, and passionate about building strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities (What you get to do):

  • Sales Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies for automotive segments. Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
  • Channel Management and Expansion: Manage and expand B2B and B2C sales channels, excluding e-commerce platforms. Explore and develop new sales models such as direct sales, partnerships with automotive service centres, and collaboration with automotive distributors and manufacturers.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Sales Performance and Reporting: Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement. Prepare and present sales reports to senior management, highlighting key insights and recommendations.
  • Market Research and Analysis: Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis to inform sales strategies. Identify and pursue new market opportunities to expand IGL Coatings presence.

  • Negotiation & Deal Closure: Strong negotiation skills to secure beneficial deals, close high-value sales, and create win-win outcomes.

Qualifications (What we need):

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably within the automotive industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and market insights.
