Store Keeper & Driver is responsible for managing store operations, including receiving, storing, and issuing materials while ensuring accurate inventory management. Additionally, the role involves driving company vehicles to transport goods, equipment, and personnel safely and efficiently to designated locations.

Key Responsibilities:

Store Management: Receive, inspect, and store incoming materials and products. Maintain accurate inventory records and update stock levels regularly.

Conduct regular stock checks and reconcile discrepancies.

Issue materials and products based on requisitions, ensuring proper documentation.

Ensure proper organization, cleanliness, and safety of the storage area.

Monitor stock movement and inform management of low stock levels.

Implement inventory control procedures and ensure compliance with safety regulations.

Driving & Delivery Duties: Safely operate company vehicles to transport goods, equipment, or personnel.

Plan routes to ensure timely delivery of goods to customers or project sites.

Load and unload goods, ensuring proper handling and securing of items during transportation.

Conduct daily inspections of the vehicle and ensure it is clean, well-maintained, and roadworthy.

Maintain accurate delivery logs, mileage records, and fuel reports.

Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety policies while on the road.

Report any vehicle issues or accidents promptly.

Other Duties:

Assist with warehouse tasks during downtime from driving duties.

Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and operations teams for stock and delivery schedules.

Support operational requirements as directed by management.

Requirements:

Valid driver’s license appropriate for vehicle class, with a clean driving record.

Proven experience in storekeeping and driving roles.

Knowledge of inventory management practices and warehouse procedures.

Familiarity with inventory management software is an advantage.

Strong organizational and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and within a team.

Physically fit to lift heavy items and perform loading/unloading tasks.

Punctual, reliable, and professional attitude.

Must have GDL license**

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
