- Regularly evaluate service channels, analyze their operational efficiency and service levels, and propose improvement suggestions.
- Collect customer feedback, analyze customer satisfaction data, and develop improvement plans.
- Provide training and technical support to service partners to enhance their service levels and skills.
- Adjust service strategies based on analysis results to ensure continuous improvement of service channels.
- Continuously refine and adjust service processes and standards based on market and customer feedback.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above, with a preference for majors in electronics, mechanical, or computer science.
- At least 5 years of experience in after-sales service channel management.
- Able to communicate in English, Bahasa and Mandarin
- Good communication skill and engaging personality
