  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Your responsibilities will be to:

  • Responsible for various financial reporting deliverables in accordance with internal policies, financial reporting standards and relevant laws and regulations.
  • Responsible for ensuring payments are made to the vendors within the deadline with proper approvals;
  • Responsible for the preparation, review, and analysis of monthly financial reports and yearly budgets;
  • Effectively manage cash & working capital reconciliation including cash management function;
  • Maintains systems, procedures and policies of finance and accountings functions as assigned to ensure adherence to department guidelines;
  • Assist to develop and implement new processes and procedures to enhance the workflow and productivity of the department;
  • Participates in the analysis of financial/business data to evaluate the performance of the business.

To be eligible for this role, you will require:

  • Minimum qualification Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or any related discipline, with partial professional qualification of ACCA, ICAEW, CPA, CA, MIA, CIA, or equivalent;
  • Minimum 1 year experience in a similar capacity;
  • Fresh graduate encourage to apply;
  • Good knowledge of MS Excel;
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision, multi-task, detail oriented.
