We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Recruiter Intern to join our team. The successful candidate will work alongside our experienced recruiters and assist with various aspects of the recruitment process. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to gain practical experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with sourcing and identifying potential candidates through various channels, including social media, job boards, and employee referrals.
- Conduct initial screening interviews with potential candidates to assess their skills, experience, and fit for the position.
- Assist with scheduling interviews and coordinating logistics for interviews, including booking rooms and sending out interview confirmations.
- Help to maintain accurate candidate records and update our applicant tracking system with relevant information.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to discussions on recruitment strategies and best practices.
- Assist with other administrative tasks related to recruitment as required.·
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of recruitment practices and techniques is an asset but not required.
This is an paid internship with a duration of 3-6 months, depending on availability. The successful candidate will work on a full-time basis
