  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job description

  • Supervise retail store and e-commerce operations.
  • Managing, evaluating and reporting on warehouse productivity.
  • Tracking and coordinating the receive, storage, and timely delivery of goods and materials.
  • Oversee fulfilment of e-commerce orders. Monitor orders packing, schedule pickup, drop off and delivery of Shopee, TikTok Shop and Lazada orders.
  • Ensuring orders are packed accurately to reduce fulfilment error.
  • Ensuring workers safety standards and compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Performing a daily inspection of the e-commerce and retail store to ensure cleanliness and goods are arranged in order.
  • Communicating and coordinating with other departments and customers.

Requirements:

  • Minimum SPM/ STPM/ Diploma or higher qualifications.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory role in retail or e-commerce store.
  • Friendly and engaging personality, with the ability to create a welcoming environment for both staff and customers.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with a diverse range of people.
  • The capacity to handle pressure and solve problems in a calm and efficient manner, demonstrating patience in challenging situations.
  • A willingness to learn and adapt to new procedures, with the ability to quickly understand and apply new information and skills.
  • The ability to work effectively as part of a team, demonstrating a cooperative attitude and promoting a harmonious work environment.
  • Candidate that has Class D driving license has an added advantage.
