CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Constantly update & understanding the algorithms of main 4 platforms/channels that drives traffic - Tiktok, Meta (FB & IG), Xiaohongshu, Youtube.
- Measuring and achieving month on month social media growth objectives and KPIs with the operational team for each channel and for our overall organic social performance.
- Coordinating a day to day calendar of actions in terms of content marketing & interaction with our target audience, influencers and groups to drive engagement on social media platforms. (maximize Comments, Posts, Replies)
- Carrying out extensive weekly analytics and progress reports to demonstrate key performance & ways to improve/
- Analyze customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies
- Conducting market research to stay ahead of industry trends
- Conducting frequent monitoring and social listening for new content, engagement opportunities and customer insight
JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
- Preferably Bachelor's degree holder in Marketing, Advertising, Business administration, or related field.
- Preferably with at least 3 years digital/marketing experience.
- Plus point if from a beauty or retail/service industry background.
- Ability to grasp the big picture while paying extreme attention to the small details.
- Adapt in creative problem-solving; extremely resourceful, innovative, and proactive; self-driven, including when there is ambiguity.
- Extensive knowledge of marketing strategies, channels, and branding.
- Excellent written and verbal communicator.
- Natural collaborator and team player with a positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
- Experience working on influencer marketing campaigns and initiatives
- Basic graphic design experience and video editing experience or mastery.
