  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Responsibilities :

  • Assures safe and comfortable work environment.
  • Builds team ethic and spirit, deliver against targets and push to exceed.
  • Follow up day to day trouble shooting and solve problems with the team.
  • Manpower planning optimization.
  • Manages flows according to schedule an adapt when deviations occur with focused and approved actions.
  • Uses CI tools and leverage CI and Process leadership in house.
  • Communicates key information during shift handovers.
  • Validates operators in line with requirements of the job and local rules, actively manage performance.
  • Accountable for providing accurate, efficient, well presented information on the production reporting, preventive maintenance and HACCP compliance verifications, inventory reporting, production performance reporting and CAPA.
  • Assures factory management interface while site management out.

Requirement :

  • Bachelor degree in technical subject or similar or Diploma or with sufficient industry experience
  • 5+ years in production environment, food manufacturing experience, continuous improvement, process and KPI management experience
  • Strong technical knowledge
  • Personnel leadership experience (strong leader)
  • English language
  • Technical Skills
  • Experience with systems, MS Office
  • Communications skills – good communicator and able to cascade information
  • Planning and Organization skills – with the direction and input from the Production Manager, will establish and communicate production priorities
  • Problem Solving on processes / manufacturing

  • Confidence and Hands on approach
  • Leadership skills - ability to deal with people both inside and outside the organization in a tactful diplomatic manner

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
