Deputy Manager, Social Media & Activation
1. Social Media Strategy & Execution
- Develop and execute social media marketing plans tailored to the property industry.
- Manage content calendars and schedule posts across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
2. Content Creation & Management
- Create engaging and high-quality content, including graphics, videos, reels, and written posts.
- Work with designers, videographers, and copywriters to produce compelling storytelling content.
- Ensure content highlights key selling points of properties and appeals to the target audience.
3. Community Management & Customer Engagement
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely manner.
- Manage crisis communication and reputation management online.
4. Social Media Advertising & Campaigns
- Plan and execute paid social media campaigns to generate leads and brand awareness.
- Optimize ad targeting to reach property buyers, investors, and tenants.
- Track and adjust campaigns based on performance analytics.
5. Performance Tracking & Reporting
- Analyze social media metrics (engagement, reach, conversions, etc.) and prepare reports.
- Use insights to refine content strategies and improve ROI.
- Keep up with social media trends, algorithm changes, and industry best practices.
6. Influencer & KOL Engagement
- Partner with KOLs, influencers, and content creators to promote property marketing and align with brand goals.
- Manage KOL relationships, ensuring effective communication, campaign tracking, and collaboration on co-branded content.
- Monitor and report on the performance of influencer campaigns, focusing on ROI, engagement, and lead generation.
7. Event & On-Ground Activation Support
- Assist in promoting property launches, and events via social media.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
