Job Summary:

  • This role involves responding promptly to emergency calls, assessing patient conditions, administering appropriate medical treatment, and ensuring safe transportation to medical facilities while working closely with other emergency personnel.
  • Reporting To: Operation Manager -Emergency Department

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly and efficiently to emergency calls and medical incidents.
  • Assess the condition of patients and determine appropriate course of treatment.
  • Provide advanced life support, including airway management, cardiac monitoring, and medication administration.
  • Monitor and record patients' vital signs and medical information accurately.
  • Collaborate with other medical professionals and emergency personnel to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Safely transport patients to appropriate medical facilities while continuing necessary medical treatment en route.
  • Transfer care of patients to hospital staff, providing detailed reports on patient condition and treatment provided.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of patient care, treatments administered, and observations made during emergency responses.
  • Ensure all medical equipment and supplies are properly maintained, stocked, and ready for use.

Requirements:

  • Minimum diploma in Paramedicine or related field.
  • Previous experience as a paramedic or in a similar emergency medical role is preferred.
  • Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Life Support (ALS) certifications.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Physical stamina and fitness to perform demanding tasks, including lifting and moving patients.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM3,000.00 per month

Supplemental Pay:
