  • Perform reception duties.
  • Handle all enquiries (telephone, fax,email etc) to reception in an efficient,pleasant and courteous manner whilst forwarding necessary information to office staff.
  • Handle courier services, filing, record, and matching the consignment number with invoices
  • Raise Purchase Requisition – any purchase comes from Labuan Operation’s team.
  • Manage pantry stock level.
  • Administrator of the leave management system.
  • Compile Travel Requisition Form and submit the completed document to HR in the HQ office.
  • Manage office stationery, stocks level.
  • Coordinate repair and maintenance of office equipment/tools.
  • Prepare monthly staff movement report.
  • Request quotations from vendor from time to time.
  • Handling office cleaner services.
  • Other assigned duties or ad hoc assignments need to be a receptionist and admin assistant by the Supervisor from time to time.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
