- Perform reception duties.
- Handle all enquiries (telephone, fax,email etc) to reception in an efficient,pleasant and courteous manner whilst forwarding necessary information to office staff.
- Handle courier services, filing, record, and matching the consignment number with invoices
- Raise Purchase Requisition – any purchase comes from Labuan Operation’s team.
- Manage pantry stock level.
- Administrator of the leave management system.
- Compile Travel Requisition Form and submit the completed document to HR in the HQ office.
- Manage office stationery, stocks level.
- Coordinate repair and maintenance of office equipment/tools.
- Prepare monthly staff movement report.
- Request quotations from vendor from time to time.
- Handling office cleaner services.
- Other assigned duties or ad hoc assignments need to be a receptionist and admin assistant by the Supervisor from time to time.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
