  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Ensure the work on site is carried in accordance with the approved drawings and specifications.
  • Perform on-site inspection of work.
  • Familiar with all the relevant drawings and written instructions, using them as a reference when inspecting work.
  • Take measurement and samples on site to make sure that the work and materials meet the specifications and quality standards.
  • Keep and maintain job-site files, documents, records, and reports.
  • Report to Superior on any shortfalls observed regarding work compliance, quality control, health, and safety matters.
  • Attend any job-site meetings when required.
  • Implement all related policies, procedures and work instructions as so defined in the Company’s SOP.

  • Perform other ad-hoc assignment and any other duties as assigned by the Management from time to time.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma or Certificate in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
  • Registered as Inspector-Of-Works (IOW) with Board of Engineer Malaysia (BEM).
  • Minimum 5 - 10 years of relevant working experience in M&E engineering works.
  • Skills and Knowledge:
  • Working knowledge on construction method, sequence and material.
  • Knowledge on contract administration.
  • Knowledge on site logistic and planning.
  • Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings, specifications and other material pertinent to construction.
  • Knowledge of building regulations, health & safety requirements.
  • Able to liaise effectively with consultants and contractors.
  • Computer-literate, able to write & communicate well in work.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks, work independently and efficiently.

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
