  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Company Overview

We are a leading car park operator with multiple sites across the Klang Valley. We are looking for a candidate with call center experience to join our team. Training on other parking-related operations will be provided.

Job Description

· Tele Customer Service

o Serve as the primary contact for customers, providing assistance over the phone for issues related to car park entry/exit and other parking-related concerns.

o Prepare reports on calls made and received.

· Car Park Traffic Officer

o Handle manual collections for customers unable to make payments through the cashless terminal.

o Enforce SOP, rules, and regulations of the car park.

o Carry out clamping duties (if necessary).

o Ensure the car park system is functioning properly and assist with troubleshooting in the event of a breakdown (Level 1 breakdown training will be provided).

· Other Matters

o Assist with data collection and report generation.

Job Requirements

· Malaysian citizen, aged 18 and above.

· Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia (both spoken and written). Candidates with proficiency in English are encouraged to apply.

· Willingness to work on weekends and public holidays.

· Willingness to work overtime if required.

· Night Shift Role (Eg: 10pm - 10am) - Initial Training will be done on Day Shift.

Salary and Benefits

· Salary: RM1,700.00 (no experience required)

· For candidates with telemarketing experience, salary will be discussed further.

· Relevant allowances provided.

· Insurance coverage (for confirmed staff).

· Uniform provided.

· KWSP/SOCSO contributions provided.
