  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day CRM operations, including customer service, sales support, and administrative tasks.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings to support business operations.
  • Prepare and maintain essential documents, records, and reports.
  • Analyze and update weekly and monthly sales reports, comparing budgeted vs. actual performance.
  • Assist in preparing scheduled reports to ensure smooth operations.
  • Ensure accuracy in document verification and information processing.
  • Manage and update customer records in the CRM system efficiently.
  • Organize and maintain filing systems systematically.
  • Support the department with daily assigned tasks and ensure compliance with company policies.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in loan sales within the banking sector.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in English & Mandarin (written & spoken) is required.
