Responsibilities:
- Answer product inquiries from customers via phone call or walk-in.
- Work closely with Sales Executive.
- Issue Delivery Order and Invoices.
- Handle product claim from customers.
Requirements:
- Have at least 1-year of working experience in Customer Service.
- Well verse in Mandarin & English will be an added advantage.
- Experienced in using Microsoft Excel will be an added advantage.
- Experience/knowledge in automotive industry will be an added advantage.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Must be results orientated and able to work both independently and within a team environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
