Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • Professional certifications such as ACCA, MIA, CIMA, are highly desirable.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in financial management, preferably handling multiple entities or group finance.
  • Experience in preparing companies for IPO or public listings is highly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of financial principles, regulations, and reporting standards for both private and public companies.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong leadership abilities with experience managing and developing teams.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial information in a clear and concise manner.

Responsibility

  • Develop and oversee the budgeting process across multiple companies, ensuring alignment with strategic goals. Monitor and manage budgets to track financial performance against targets.
  • Prepare consolidated financial statements for multiple entities. Provide monthly, quarterly, and annual reports, with detailed analysis of financial performance, identifying trends and making recommendations for improvement.
  • Analyze financial data across multiple businesses to create forecasts and financial models. Offer insights and recommendations to improve financial performance and support decision-making at both the entity and group level.
  • Lead financial due diligence and coordinate with legal, tax, and regulatory teams to prepare for a potential initial public offering (IPO). Ensure that financial statements and processes are compliant with public company requirements and reporting standards.
  • Manage cash flow across various businesses, ensuring sufficient funds are available for operational needs and growth. Work with financial institutions to optimize financing strategies for each entity.
  • Oversee the preparation and filing of tax returns for multiple companies, ensuring compliance with applicable tax laws and regulations. Manage relationships with external auditors and coordinate audit processes for the group.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team, ensuring they are capable of handling the complexities of multiple companies. Foster a collaborative and results-driven work environment.
  • Support senior management in developing long-term financial strategies for individual companies and the group. Identify potential financial risks and develop mitigation plans, particularly in the context of public listing preparations.
