Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage air freight movements, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
- Anticipate and resolve transit delays, customs clearance issues, and other shipment challenges.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing updates and proactive solutions.
- Ensure all processes adhere to company policies and industry regulations.
- Work closely with internal teams, carriers, and overseas counterparts for seamless logistics operations.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience – 2+ years in Air Freight Customer Service or Air Freight Operations.
- Customer-Centric Mindset – Strong communication skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to Thrive Under Pressure – Adaptable to fast-paced and high-pressure logistics environments.
- Analytical & Detail-Oriented – Strong attention to detail with a problem-solving approach.
