
Operations Admin – Logistics
Job Overview
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Admin (OPSADMIN) to support our logistics operations. This role ensures smooth administrative processes, document handling, and compliance for our fleet and drivers.
Key Responsibilities
Document Management & Compliance:
- Ensure all documents from drivers, subcontractors, and agents are collected and returned to the office on time.
- Sort, verify, and submit delivery orders to the accounts department.
Invoice & Permits Handling:
- Send invoices and packing lists for K1/K2/permit preparation for Singapore shipments.
Driver & Fleet Records Management:
- Maintain and update Driver IC, Licenses, and Passports in the shared folder.
- Ensure all truck road tax and insurance are renewed before expiration to avoid operational delays.
Requirements
Experience in logistics, operations, or administration preferred.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Proficient in Microsoft Office & Google Drive.
Good communication skills in Mandarin & English (to liaise with drivers and agents).
Ability to work independently and under minimal supervision.
