What You’ll Do:
- Assist passengers with check-in, boarding, and baggage inquiries
- Provide excellent customer service at airport counters and lounges
- Handle flight-related queries, ticketing, and reservations
- Ensure smooth passenger flow and resolve any travel concerns
- Work closely with airline and ground handling teams for seamless operations
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Prior customer service experience (aviation/hospitality is a plus!)
- Added advantage for Mandarin Speaker
- A passion for travel and helping people
- SPM leavers can apply for this position, training provided
- Diploma fresher and Degree fresher can apply.
