Job Responsibilities:
- HR Administration:
- Assist with the recruitment process, including screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and managing applicant tracking systems.
- Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation, training, and benefit enrollment.
- Maintain employee records and personnel files, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Assist with employee performance management, including scheduling performance reviews and tracking performance metrics.
- Administrative Support:
- Provide administrative support to the HR department, including scheduling meetings, arranging travel, and preparing reports.
- Handle incoming phone calls and emails, providing information and directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel.
- Coordinate office supplies and equipment needs, maintaining inventory and ordering replacements.
- Assist with event planning and execution, including arranging venues, catering, and invitations.
- Communication:
- Communicate effectively with employees, management, and external parties to ensure smooth operation of HR processes.
- Draft and distribute internal communications, such as memos, emails, and announcements.
- Compliance:
- Stay up-to-date with relevant HR laws, regulations, and best practices.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Qualifications&Requirement:
- Mandarin proficiency is an added advantage
- Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong organizational skills and good communication.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
Supplemental Pay:
- 13th month salary
- Overtime pay
