Job Responsibilities

1) Scheduling

  • To arrange schedule for technicians daily job
  • To prepare annual scheduling for customer
  • To call and confirm with customer on date and time of treatment
  • To arrange and manage technicians on daily basis
  • Manage system for scheduling

2) Reports

  • To prepare weekly report on job done for the week
  • To call for feedback on job done daily
  • To prepare daily feedback report on job done
  • Compile and key in daily service report (data entry)

Requirements

  • Minimum education level: Diploma
  • Experience in Pest Control company.
  • Experience in administrative tasks
  • Able to work independently
  • Able to work in fast paced environment
  • Able to work under pressure and multitasking
  • Willing to learn

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
