Job Responsibilities
1) Scheduling
- To arrange schedule for technicians daily job
- To prepare annual scheduling for customer
- To call and confirm with customer on date and time of treatment
- To arrange and manage technicians on daily basis
- Manage system for scheduling
2) Reports
- To prepare weekly report on job done for the week
- To call for feedback on job done daily
- To prepare daily feedback report on job done
- Compile and key in daily service report (data entry)
Requirements
- Minimum education level: Diploma
- Experience in Pest Control company.
- Experience in administrative tasks
- Able to work independently
- Able to work in fast paced environment
- Able to work under pressure and multitasking
- Willing to learn
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
