Job Description
- Identify and onboard new suppliers to expand the company’s product range.
- Schedule and conduct supplier meetings to explore potential partnerships and opportunities.
- Analyze product performance and conduct P&L assessments to ensure sustainable profitability.
- Work closely with the Marketplace Team to optimize product listings and sales strategies.
- Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships to foster long-term collaboration.
- Monitor market trends, pricing strategies, and competitor activities to drive business growth.
- Negotiate supplier terms to secure competitive pricing and favorable business agreements.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in e-commerce operations
- Experience in TikTok and live selling operations is preferred.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills to establish and maintain supplier relationships.
- Ability to analyze product performance and conduct P&L evaluations to ensure profitability.
- Detail-oriented with a strategic mindset for business growth.
- Proactive, with the ability to collaborate across teams and work in a fast-paced environment.
