ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • General enquiries, emails & replies
  • Order processing
  • Answering customers’ calls and provide accurate information about products and services, taking input of issues and company redressal thereof
  • Maintaining records of transactions and interactions
  • Handling complaints from customers
  • Identify and resolve customer’s problems and complaints by selection the best solution
  • Ensure the maximum of customer satisfaction
  • Needs to handle the proposal for customers
  • Ensure the outstanding orders will be followed-up
  • Responsible for implementing and maintaining image standards and expectations as directed by CEO
  • Assist in the preparation of other processes as and when assigned/required by the Supervisor
  • Ad-hoc Task

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

  • Candidate must possess a least a SPM
  • Candidates with higher qualifications (Diploma/Degree) will be looked upon preferably.
  • Basic computer skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Fresh graduate encourage to apply

PREFERRED SKILLS

  • Able to communicate fluently in Bahasa Malaysia and English
  • Good inter-personal and communication skills, able to work multi-task, meet tight deadline and independent.
  • Knowledge of customer service practices
  • Experience in mediation and conflict resolution techniques
  • Exceptional verbal, written and presentation skills
  • Negotiation skills
