4. Customer Service & Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Provide post-sales support, including delivery coordination and feedback collection.
  • Address customer complaints and escalate issues if needed.

5. Sales Targets & Performance

  • Work towards monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to boost performance.
  • Participate in promotional events, exhibitions, and test drive campaigns.

6. Collaboration & Reporting

  • Work with marketing teams to promote vehicles and offers.
  • Coordinate with service teams for after-sales support.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Rotational shift
