Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven General Manager to lead and drive business growth in the fashion industry. This role requires strategic leadership, strong financial acumen, and the ability to manage operations across multiple branches.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership & Communication – Develop and implement business strategies to boost company performance, increase revenue, and achieve growth targets. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine strategies.
  • Operational Management – Oversee daily operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and customer service. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Team Leadership & People Management – Recruit, train, and manage staff while fostering a positive work environment to drive team motivation and performance.
  • Financial Control – Manage budgets, control expenses, monitor key financial KPIs, and oversee stock management to ensure profitability.
  • Customer Experience – Enhance customer satisfaction through exceptional service, handling inquiries, and implementing loyalty programs and promotions.
  • Sales & Marketing / Business Development – Drive sales initiatives, oversee promotional events, and analyze market trends to identify new opportunities.
  • Vendor Relations – Manage supplier relationships to ensure product quality, availability, and timely delivery.
  • Compliance & Safety – Ensure adherence to health, safety, and legal regulations while maintaining high store standards.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in retail management or fashion business operations.
  • Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent financial and analytical abilities with experience managing budgets and KPIs.
  • Ability to travel between branches (Johor Bahru, Bangi, Shah Alam).
