E-commerce manager
Job Summary
The E-Commerce team runs the operation of our e-commerce site and various marketplace. We also work with retail operations team on omnichannel strategies. The e-commerce team also works closely with marketing and content creation team on various functions such as social media planning, key opinion leader (KOL) management, creating graphics and other content.
We are seeking a creative, proactive, and results-driven professional to lead the E-Commerce team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping the team’s next phase of growth through rigorous revenue planning and potentially regional Expansion.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of our e-commerce platform, including campaign coordination, strategy planning, and execution. Continuously evaluate and enhance platform features to improve user experience.
- Develop innovative growth strategies, conduct research, and leverage data-driven insights to inform marketing strategies, execution plans, and growth initiatives.
- Collaborate with the content creation team to create banners, page layouts, and visuals tailored to the regional market.
- Write, review, and adapt copy in the local language, using data analysis to refine content direction and improve copywriting effectiveness.
- Conduct market research, including competitive analysis and monitoring of digital trends, to identify opportunities for growth.
- Drive regional growth and expansion efforts to increase revenue and brand reach.
- Meet KPIs and targets set by the company, with regular monthly reviews and corrective actions as needed.
- Lead weekly and monthly sales performance reviews with a team of 6, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5+ years of e-commerce experience, preferably within the Fashion & Beauty industry.
- Proven ability to work independently, take initiative, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to multitask, manage uncertainty, and execute tasks with high accuracy.
- A proactive problem-solver with a strong sense of ownership, capable of identifying issues and implementing solutions.
- Deep understanding of user journeys, digital usability, and user experience. Familiarity with key promotional calendars and market behavior is essential.
