Job Responsibilities

  • Perform Massage Service: Provide body treatments, foot reflexology, and half-body treatments
  • Maintain Treatment Room & Spa Cleanliness: Set up and clean the treatment room before and after each session, ensuring a hygienic and welcoming environment that meets company standards.
  • Foster Positive Client Relations: Engage clients with a friendly, professional attitude and uphold strict confidentiality regarding personal information.
  • Additional Duties: Perform any other tasks assigned by management to support smooth spa operations.
  • Client Care: Ensure every client is treated with the utmost kindness, respect, and professionalism to provide an exceptional and memorable massage experience.

Job Requirements

  • Work Schedule:
  • Able to work 6 days a week, including weekends and public holidays (eligible for double pay)
  • Willingness to work on a shift basis.
  • Experience: Proven experience as a Massage Therapist.
  • Professionalism: Professional and pleasant personality.
  • Good customer service attitude.
  • Experienced Massage Therapist or with certification is preferable

Salary

  • Pay: Starting from RM3,000.00 - RM3,500 per month.

Tropical Beauty is massage center (kiosk based) operating in Penang Airport. Our main customers are travelers from outside and inside of country. Our services include, express massage service, full body massage and food reflexology. We committed to bring the best massage experience to all of our customers. We want our customers to relax and rejuvenate before they fly off to their destination.

Estimated Pay Range: RM2,700 onwards per month

  • we offer attractive commission pay rate.

Pay: Flat rate of RM55 for each massage hours job done.
