The Export Sales Executive will supports the export project sales team by managing administrative tasks, coordinating client communications, ensuring smooth execution of export sales processes, logistics coordination, client follow-ups to meet international project requirements while support in sales target. Successful candidate will report to an Assistant Manager, Project Sales (Export).

Key Responsibilities:

a) Sales Coordination

  • Assist in preparing export proposals, quotations, and presentations for project sales.
  • Coordinate with international clients to gather requirements and provide updates on project progress.

b) Documentation & Compliance

  • Prepare and manage export-related documentation, including shipping invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin.
  • Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and company policies.

c) Logistics Coordination:

  • Collaborate with logistics teams to arrange shipping schedules and ensure timely delivery of goods.
  • Track shipments and address any issues related to delays or discrepancies.

d) Client Support:

  • Respond to client inquiries and provide assistance with export processes.
  • Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and address concerns promptly.

e) Reporting & Record Maintenance:

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, contracts, and client interactions.
  • Generate and present sales performance reports to the project sales team.

f) Market & Competitor Research:

  • Assist in researching international markets and identifying potential opportunities for project sales.
  • Monitor competitor activities and provide insights to the sales team.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Sales, or a related field
  • At least 1–3 years of experience in sales support or export coordination. Understanding of export logistics and documentation is a plus.
  • Good command of spoken and written English. Fluent in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and familiarity with CRM systems.
  • Collaborative team player with problem-solving skills, detail-oriented and multitasking abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
