- Prepare documents and receive Purchase Orders via phone, email and Fax from customers.
- Coordinate delivery of goods.
- Provide feedback to customers on the status of Quotations, Purchase Orders & Delivery.
- Provide support in all matters related to Sales.
- File all sales-related documents systematically.
- Perform sales administration tasks.
- Any other ad hoc tasks.
The job requires a person who is meticulous and has good communication and comprehension skills. He/she also needs to have basic math skills and PC Office skills and be able to work independently.
- Five working days (Monday to Friday).
- Any remaining annual leave can be carried forward to the next year.
- There is ample parking space.
