1. Managing effective coordination and communication within finance and inter-departments with respect to identifying problem areas, suggest solutions and thereby improving internal controls and achieving targets set by the Company. 2. Ensure timely and accurate preparation of weekly/monthly/yearly financial and management reports in accordance with International Accounting Standards, MASB and Company polices within strict deadlines into Hyperion. 3. Handle government related administrative works especially in Customs, LMW, SST, MITI, MIDA etc. matters to ensure compliance with statutory requirements independently. 4. Review product costing and pricing for reasonableness, margin analysis and highlight any irregularities promptly. 5. Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records and valuation with proper costing and active participation in routine and random stock takes. 6. Prepare and compile annual budget, quarterly reports, monthly forecast. 7. Liaise with bankers, auditor, tax agent and company secretary on statutorily returns to Registrar of Companies, Inland Revenue Department, etc. 8. Optimal working capital management ensuring positive cashflow through proper controls in current assets. 9. Assist and support in Ad Hoc tasks where needed and applicable including implementation of project initiatives e.g. Internal Control System, Process and Continuous Improvements, System Enhancement etc 10. Under HR function, need to responsible for recruiting, screening, interviewing and placing workers and also handle employee relations, preparation of payroll and staff training include the administrative functions of an organization.
