JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. To seek new sales opportunities and coordinating new business requirements, especially in oversea market, such as Singapore, Australia etc. 2. Build and maintain good business relationship with domestic and international customers and prospects, for repeat business and referrals 3. To service newly secured accounts 4. Gather market information on company’s services and solutions and update of competitors activities 5. To perform customer visits regularly and update / evaluate customer needs / requirements and prospects and share with internal teams 6. To conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs 7. Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media 8. Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services 9. Negotiate / close deals and handle complaints or objections 10. Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams 11. Meet sales targets that set up by the management JOB REQUIREMENTS: a) Possess Degree in Marketing or Business Administrative or other relevant field b) Proven min 2 – 3 years experiences as Business Development Executive or relevant role c) Excellent knowledge of MS Office and computer literate d) Passionate about sales and good reputation in the field e) Knowledge of modern marketing and negotiating techniques and analytical skills. f) Fast learner and strong commitment towards achieving sales target g) Good communication skills, persuasive and self-motivated with results orientated strong interpersonal skills h) Excellent customer service mind-set with strong passion to serve and approachable manner i) Able to travel frequently to oversea j) Well verse in plastic manufacturing process, In Mold Labeling (IML) and products will be an added advantage k) Experience in ISO 9001, ISO 22000, HACCP, GMP will be an added advantage
