  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

  7. Refresh the page.

Our client, an US Based MNC is looking for Junior Buyer with experience in Indirect Material Purchase to join their team in Bayan Lepas Penang.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process purchase orders based on approved requisitions.
  • Monitor and expedite open orders to meet due dates.
  • Coordinate with the receiving team on material and service receipts.
  • Resolve invoice discrepancies with the A/P team and suppliers.
  • Assist in supplier onboarding and manage supplier updates.
  • Maintain supplier documents in SharePoint.
  • Communicate order status and availability to requestors.
  • Review and clean up open order reports quarterly.
  • Address delivery, pricing, and terms issues with stakeholders.
  • Perform other assigned tasks as needed.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Management, Economics, or a relevant field.
  • Minimum 2 years in Indirect Material purchasing.
  • Proficient in spreadsheet applications, report compilation, and documentation.
  • Sense of urgency and integrity.
  • Knowledge of MRP/ERP systems; experience with Oracle is an advantage
