  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: • Requirement Gathering: Engage with stakeholders to collect and analyze business requirements, ensuring a deep understanding of their needs and expectations. Translate business requirements into technical specifications. • System Design: Develop detailed system designs, including workflows and data models. Work with developers to ensure that designs are technically feasible and aligned with project goals. • Documentation: Prepare comprehensive documentation, including Software Requirement Specification (SRS) and Business Process Re-engineering (BPR). Ensure that documentation is clear, concise, and accessible to all relevant stakeholders. • System Implementation: Oversee the implementation of new systems or system enhancements. Ensure that systems are fully functional and meet user expectations. • Troubleshooting and Support: Provide ongoing support for existing systems, including troubleshooting issues, identifying root causes, and implementing solutions. Act as a liaison between users and technical teams to resolve systemrelated issues. • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements, system optimization, and automation. Work with stakeholders to implement changes that enhance system performance and user satisfaction. QUALIFICATIONS: • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience as a System Analyst, with a proven track record of successfully delivering IT projects. • Technical Skills: Strong understanding of system analysis and design methodologies, including experience with data modeling, process mapping, and system integration. • Soft Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
