• Responsible for overall Human Resources functions and HR related issues • Draft and update HR documents such as job descriptions, employees manual and handbook, performance appraisals, standard forms, SOP, policies and other HR related documents • Sourcing and selection of candidates via online recruitment agencies • Assist on interviews arrangement by screening resumes to shortlist candidates, telephone interviews and personal interviews by the MD with coordination from the departments concerned • Prepare Human Resources documentation such as letters of appointment, confirmation, promotion, appraisal forms for annual review, staff confirmation and contract renewal, transfer etc • Maintain and monitor employees records on annual leave, medical and hospitalization, attendance and absenteeism • Assist in staff disciplinary and grievances issues • Handles employees welfare and benefits such as attending to staff claims on medical and post hospitalization and SOCSO claims • Handles internal and external trainings and seminars for employees including planning and coordinating company events or activities • Process HRDF online submission for training claims and correspondence with HRDF • Assist in carrying out the ISO documentation • Assist in general office administration functions and general filing • Carry out any other ad-hoc duties and assignments as and when required
