Role Description As a Housekeeping Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest cleanliness and hygiene standards across our property. You will lead and develop the housekeeping team, manage daily operations, and implement best practices to enhance guest satisfaction. Your role will be key in maintaining a luxurious and welcoming environment for our guests. Responsibilities Lead and manage the housekeeping team to maintain high cleanliness and hygiene standards. Ensure guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces meet brand and quality standards. Develop and implement housekeeping procedures to enhance efficiency and guest satisfaction. Monitor inventory, manage budgets, and coordinate with suppliers. Train and motivate housekeeping staff to uphold service excellence. Address guest concerns related to housekeeping promptly and professionally. Work closely with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience. Qualifications Minimum 5-7 years of housekeeping experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role (hotel experience preferred). Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities. Knowledge of housekeeping best practices, hygiene regulations, and inventory management. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced hospitality environment. Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
