Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and track detailed construction schedules optimized for efficient project delivery.
Collaborate with the team to aggregate information from stakeholders and start downstream activities on time.
Evaluate and provide recommendations for schedule alternatives to accelerate project timelines.
Support the implementation of Our Client’s defined schedule tools and ensure adherence to the schedule specifications.
Incorporate key milestones in the sourcing of project team members and stakeholders and ensure their commitment to these milestones.
Consolidate and evaluate developer, general contractor, consultant, and contract schedules to maintain agreed-upon project milestones.
Conduct regular reviews of the schedule to identify any potential flaws or impacts on timely project completion.
Take proactive measures to eliminate any impacts to the project schedule.
Provide comprehensive independent analysis of developer and general contractor schedules, including milestone variance, lookahead plans, risk assessment, performance metrics, and critical path analysis.
Generate weekly and monthly summary reports documenting construction activities related to managed services.
Verify progress claimed by the general contractor through physical inspections and progress photographs.
Attend project meetings on a weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc basis.
Perform problem-solving tasks to address any work behind schedule, maintaining transparency and regular communication with Our Client’s.
Carry out regular forecasts and look ahead to ensure the schedule remains intact.

Qualifications:
Proven experience in project scheduling and construction management.
Proficiency in using scheduling software, such as Primavera P6.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Knowledge of construction industry practices and processes.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Must have the existing right to work in Malaysia
