As a Project Manager, you will oversee the entire project lifecycle, ensuring smooth execution, proactive risk management, and effective communication with stakeholders. You will lead a project team, manage financial planning, and ensure safety compliance while promoting lean practices.
What will you be doing?
Manage project scope, cost, and schedule, ensuring timely delivery.
Drive proactive customer communication and build strong relationships.
Lead and motivate the project team to meet customer expectations.
Plan project resourcing and ensure team competence.
Identify and mitigate project risks while maximizing opportunities.
Ensure integrated project planning and execution with all stakeholders.
Implement project governance, including reviews and steering.
Manage financial planning, cash flow, and revenue forecasting.
Oversee project handovers from Sales to Operations and to the Customer.
Promote a safety-first mindset for employees and subcontractors.
Plan and coordinate installation and testing resources.
Drive lean practices to improve project efficiency.
