EXECUTIVE STORE

• Lead the Warehouse/Store team and responsible for overall Warehouse/Store operation activities with change and improvement projects. • Maintain receiving, warehousing and distribution operations by initiating, coordinating and enforcing program, operational and personnel policies and procedures. • Controls inventory levels by conducting physical counts, reconciling with data storage system. • Maintains Warehouse/Store staff job results by coaching, counselling and disciplining employees, planning, monitoring and appraising job results. • Monitor and manage delivery shipment accordingly. • Control and verified the activity from the goods receiving, packing and delivery. • Raise purchase requisition for Store/Packing Material Stock inventory storing. • Ensure packing material are sufficient to meet internal requirement. • Arrange store member personnel to conduct monthly stock count. • Ensure good issues from the Store are carefully packed to prevent damage/deterioration. • Conduct internal training to the subordinates. • Place order consumable items for general use and housekeeping. • Prepare documentation for Store Department use. • Other duties assign by immediate superior as and when required.
