Tasks and duties : - Preparing specific food items and components at your station. - Following the instructions given by the head chef. - Checking stock and ordering supplies for your station. - Supervising the Commis. - Estimating daily production necessities. - Checking the quality of dishes ready to be served to ensure standards are met. - Following correct preservation standards and proper handling of food. - Frequently checking the expiration dates of food items. - Consulting with the head chef and sous chef about any last-minute changes or events. Requirements : - At least 2 years of experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role. - Proficiency in various cooking techniques and kitchen equipment. - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. - Ability to work in a high-pressure environment. - Excellent communication and leadership skills. - A passion for creating high-quality dishes and innovative presentations. - Experience managing the preparation and cooking of food in the kitchen. - Must have excellent diligence. - Disciplined, keen to share your knowledge and learn new skills. - Have good working relationships, rise to the challenge, and adapt well to change. - Be enthusiastic about your career, collaborator & trustworthy.
