Job Summary: The Nursing Lecturer is responsible for delivering high-quality nursing education, conducting research, and mentoring students in both theoretical and practical aspects of nursing. This role involves curriculum development, clinical supervision, and contributing to the academic and professional growth of students. Key Responsibilities: Teaching & Learning Deliver lectures, tutorials, and practical sessions in nursing subjects. Develop, review, and update curriculum and teaching materials. Utilize innovative teaching methods to enhance student learning. Clinical Supervision & Practical Training Guide and assess students in clinical placements. Ensure students acquire necessary hands-on experience in healthcare settings. Coordinate with hospitals and healthcare institutions for student training. Student Mentorship & Academic Support Provide academic guidance and support to nursing students. Conduct assessments, grading, and feedback on student performance. Assist students in developing critical thinking and professional skills. Research & Professional Development Engage in nursing research and scholarly activities. Publish research papers and contribute to academic conferences. Stay updated with the latest developments in nursing education and practice. Administration & Academic Contributions Participate in faculty meetings, curriculum planning, and accreditation processes. Assist in organizing nursing workshops, seminars, and outreach programs. Contribute to the development of policies related to nursing education. Requirements: Education: Master’s or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (Master’s preferred). Experience: Minimum 2-5 years of clinical and/or teaching experience. Certification: Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid practicing license. Skills: Strong communication, leadership, and mentoring abilities. Knowledge: Up-to-date knowledge of nursing practices, patient care, and healthcare technologies.
