DUTIES AND RESPONSIBALITIES: • Responsible for day-to-day operations for productions as well as involvement in menu development. • To Assist in food preparation under the supervision of senior kitchen staff. • To assist during service for timing and progress of all dishes in high quality manner. • To ensure that the presentation, taste, texture and quantity are maintained to the standards laid by the Company. • To be fully conversant with the menu and to be adaptable with continual changes to ensure that the menu is kept in line with customer demands and Company policies. • Follow the instructions and recommendations from the immediate Superiors to complete the daily tasks. • Coordinate and participate with other sections of requirements, cleanliness, wastage, and cost control. • Maintaining high standards of hygiene and sanitization in all kitchen and and serving area. • Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and standards of conduct. • Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive and productive work environment. • Continuously seek opportunities for learning and professional growth within the culinary field. • Display enthusiasm, passion, and dedication for the art of cooking and hospitality. REQUIREMENTS: • Candidate must possess at least SPM. • Basic knowledge in kitchen and F&B related is preferred. • Basic English will be an advantage. • Able to work extra hours & on Public Holidays. • No health issue/critical illness.
