How do i turn this on?

  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  1. Open Chrome on your computer.
  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

Requirements:

  • Applicants with no prior experience in customer service or fresh graduates are encouraged to apply !!!
  • Proficient in Mandarin and English (Read, Speak and Type) is a must
  • Proficient to communicate in Cantonese would be an added advantage.
  • Have no issue with working in on Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm.
  • Candidate are willing to work based in Petaling Jaya.
  • Able to join on the following date: 25 March 2025

Responsibilities:

  • Handle all inbound calls, email or livechat in regarding to customers’ general inquiries.
  • Ready to assist customers to solve their problems and issues on time.
  • Handle customers with professional manner to maintain customer’s satisfaction
  • Work in a team to achieve targeted KPI.

Benefits:

  • Monthly Salary: RM 3500 basic + up to RM 200 Night Shift Allowance + up to RM 300 KPI Allowance
