  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

Job Scope:

Driver Management & Pickup Process

  • Supervise and coordinate drivers to ensure smooth, efficient, and timely pickup operations.
  • Ensure strict adherence to SOPs, ensuring proper scanning and parcel handling at all times.

Seller & Partner Relations

  • Build strong relationships with sellers and partners, ensuring clear communication about pickup arrangements.
  • Resolve any pickup-related concerns or escalations swiftly and professionally.

Hub Operations & Sorting Excellence

  • Oversee hub operations, ensuring that sorting activities run smoothly and the FIFO process is maintained.
  • Monitor productivity, workflow efficiency, and sorter attendance to keep things on track.
  • Ensure all operational standards are met for a seamless daily operation.

Asset & Vehicle Management

  • Keep track of company assets (including PDAs), ensuring everything is well-maintained and in top condition.
  • Oversee vehicle management, ensuring proper maintenance, fuel usage, and availability for daily operations.

What We're Looking For:

  • Fresh Graduates or those with an SPM are encouraged to apply!
  • Physical work required – we're looking for someone active and hands-on.
  • Ability to use a scanning device and adapt to a dynamic work environment.
  • Flexibility to commit to rotational shifts (Day & Night shifts).
  • Work in the office – no remote options available.

Work Schedule:

  • 6 days/week, 8.5 hours/day
  • 1 day off (weekday/weekend)
  • Based on assigned location

Salary & Benefits:

  • Basic Salary: RM 2,200 (SPM), RM 2,300 (Diploma & Degree)
  • Overtime Claims: Eligible for overtime.
  • Night Shift Allowance: RM 250/month
  • Statutory Benefits: In line with the Employment Act.
